Of the 3 units I bought I had to return 1 as it was torn in transit but of the 2 I kept I have 1 which seems to be fine be a bad wire as it will come loose. I use this cable and these cables are not your regular cables as they have a different jack. Opening the device is no problem without batteries, after a few batteries you'll have fun opening them and NSFC will be there unless you want them to learn a few adult words to exorcise you.
