Very handy for permanent installation on a trailer

Very handy for permanent installation on a trailer which is why I bought it. The description says it can be used in a garage, and it can, but only if you attach it to concrete somehow. My 875# Road King was almost impossible to get on or off this concrete stand. too slippery, not enough grip with those little rubber feet. In addition, it is a very strong, durable stand with eyelets for mounting. Once you lock it and put on the bindings. A motorcycle is safe in a trailer like a baby in oatmeal in a cot! Towed from SC to Pennsylvania (750 miles) and the rear brackets were loose due to suspension movement between the bike and trailer, but that wedge and front wedge brackets were rock hard! The front wheel stand and rocker arm are removed with a cotter pin and cotter pin, so when installed in a trailer you can still haul other cargo without unbolting the entire frame from the ground. The reason for 4 stars and not 5 was slippage. on concrete. not originally my intended use, but if it specified a function it should be able to perform that function. Other than that it's great and as a cargo trailer mount it's the best, especially at this price point. Thank you for your attention!
