The product suited me, I will recommend it to my friends.
I lubricated the shaft with thick silicone grease, put a few washers (the free play of the rotor on the shaft is approx. 8mm! ) And it got better, but not perfect, so 4 stars. Works for an external filter and does a good job. Video:
