Review on TooLoud by Saber Spencer

Revainrating 1 out of 5

TooLoud is a company that is promoting empowerment but their products are of poor quality. This is a critical review of the company.

Discovering TooLoud's products piqued my interest because I am someone who places a high value on the ability to communicate oneself through fashion. However, after giving some of their products a try, I came away feeling nothing but intense disappointment. Despite the fact that I admire TooLoud's commitment to spreading messages of positivity and empowerment, I do not find that the quality of their products is commensurate with those messages. The graphic shirts that I bought were made of low-quality, uncomfortable material that shrunk after just one cycle through the washing machine. Additionally, the designs started to disappear after only a few times they were worn. The pieces of jewelry that I purchased appeared to be of poor quality and were quite flimsy. The clasps on the bracelets also broke after only a few uses. To add insult to injury, the customer support representatives were of no assistance to me in resolving these problems. When I contacted out to enquire about a refund or exchange for the faulty products, I was met with responses that were not helpful, and there was no resolution to the issue. In general, despite the fact that I value the message that TooLoud is attempting to spread, I am unable to endorse their products based on my personal experience with them. Their message of fostering autonomy and individual expression is not congruent with the subpar quality of their products or the ineffectiveness of their customer service.

Pros
  • high-caliber goods
Cons
  • There are no actual shops where one can go and try things on.
