I bought this to replace pea protein which was like a roto-rooter for my colon. I was disappointed with this product because it was gritty and didn't mix well with my smoothie. Time will tell if it will be gentle on my digestive system. If you don't hear from me, that's fine. If there is an edit I will probably speak of a porcelain throne. Any suggestions to make it less gritty are welcome. For example, soak it overnight, let it go through another species' digestive system before eating it yourself.
