After a few days of using this product, I can confidently say that herbal products have multiple benefits. First of all, if you are vegan or vegetarian this product could be for you. I like that this product offers an alternative for such people. However, if you are not a vegan or vegetarian, I do not recommend this product. Price-wise, it's quite expensive compared to other non-vegetable proteins, and they offer a bit more protein per serving. This product does not taste very good. It has such a weird aftertaste that I get scared every time I drink it. Also, the powder is sometimes a bit sticky compared to other proteins. The stickiness of the powder makes it difficult to get the right amount of powder and can lead to even more mess. In general, if you're vegan or vegetarian, you should try the product, but if you're not, save money and buy another protein brand.
