I love the look and feel of this product. It sits neatly on my countertop behind the kitchen sink, eliminating the need to reach for a cleaning sponge and bottle of dish soap. I also appreciate being able to remove a worn tip and replace with a new one if needed (recommend purchasing spares when ordering this tool). However, this will not last long. Because it has a natural wood handle and is filled with soapy water, the wood will rot over time. If it gets too weak, it will tear and tear, and it's time to throw it out and replace it. The plastic version will likely last longer, but the style of this unit is worth changing every six months or so in my opinion.
