Premier is quite a popular protein shake and I was impressed with the 30 grams of protein per bottle (compared to 20 grams in my regular and lattes) when I decided to share it with my partner , who despite severe lactose intolerance has never had any problems with the brand. About two hours after drinking my first bottle of pumpkin spice (which was tasteless and had an incredibly strong and slightly musty "milky" smell/taste), my stomach started gurgling and before I knew it I was throwing up. in my stomach, stuck in my bathroom and having problems on both ends at the same time for over half an hour. Not sure if it's because it's bad as I see some other dubious reviews buying Premier on Revain (although expiration dates are good) or I have a personal reaction to it but. no Just no. I will spend more money on my old brand again.
