Maybe as a replacement, but they are. There are no installation instructions, which shouldn't matter much, but just know what you're getting. I'll give it 3 points until I get a chance to install them and make sure they work. As a post-install upgrade, the bracket is an integral part of the derailleur, so I haven't had any issues. You'll need to find a pair of 4-40 1 1/2" screws. After installing and connecting none of them worked because the drive arms were bent at right angles, so did a little work with needle nose pliers. I've looked into this issue. I'll go ahead and give them 4 stars simply because of the setup required, lack of instructions and the fact that the gauges are slightly misleading to conclude that they are switches B and M.
