Great shock absorbers for my '96 Honda Civic hatchback. Incredibly great support. I had an issue installing the shocks and was concerned about the torque being applied to the shocks and how this would affect the warranty. They replied that the torque would not void the warranty and sent me an extra pair in case the first set I received was possibly defective. As I was about to install a new pair, I noticed that there was no torque left and the shocks matched the positions they were installed in. So 1) the shocks are strong, 2) they work really well, 3) they're out of torque, 4) they're backed by a lifetime warranty, and 5) the customer service mentality is second to none!
