Loved it but good for microwave

I bought one 4 years ago and it was ok. For some reason it just stopped working. I ordered another one, it doesn't turn off, I ordered a second one but it doesn't turn on. I regret having to give it up because it is very beautiful. I ordered a red color goods instead. I miss my sweet nostalgia. By the way, NO HELP FROM THE MANUFACTURER.
