The user interface makes it easy for people who are not tech savvy at all. It's very intuitive! We were able to set up our website in about 5 minutes of watching videos. While we can't yet use some features like fundraising or member profiles, I would definitely recommend this program because as long as you're willing to learn how to navigate through its menus things should be fine once they add these functions later. This has helped us streamline many aspects of running our ministry including scheduling services with various vendors such as graphic designers, photographers etc., tracking finances via Paypal so that there isn't any confusion when receiving donations from donors (we have one recurring donation), keeping track of events/conferences, sending out eNewsletters/announcements online & offline, etc.
