Here is my question. Buick 1996 It reads codes, clears codes and provides real-time data. But every time I use it and try to change the screen to see different data, my car stalls. So I will no longer use this device. I don't think it won't destroy my engine control computer. Be careful! My Bosch could be fully functional with the machine running, but costs more. But I'm happy to pay more for the peace of mind that my car won't let me down with a device designed to fix it. Oh, and the codes that are there are just genetic codes. Nothing is tailored to your car like more expensive units.
