Every Saturday I do wine tasting here at The Wine Chap in Nashville, Tennessee and pour about 6 wines for at least 50 people. That plus the fact that I'm the sleaziest pseudo-sommelier this side of the Languedoc and you have a formula for dirty shirts and shoes (always wear black next to me!). When I remember using these wine slices, they give the impression that I come from a famous French winemaking family, with roots dating back to the 15th century. My liqueurs are so meticulous and perfect that I can accommodate large numbers of gulping members along with my guests, and I never feel like I'm high or seeing double. They are perfect, simple, low-tech and make life less tiring.
