Why have I ever used parchment paper?
I've been using parchment paper for a long time and while it works great you need to make sure the food is placed correctly on it to avoid the parchment flying and burning. This has never happened to me, but I've always worried. These reusable silicone ear tips are perfect! I don't have to worry about them flying around in the fryer and the food comes out crispy and delicious. I just use them and throw them in the dishwasher. I will never use parchment again. They are sooo worth your money.
