FOMANN, which promotes itself as "the world's top online destination for men's fashion,” is rapidly losing ground in the industry. It's hard to find what you're looking for on the website because of all the clutter. There's not much to choose from, and what they do have is of low quality. Customers are left adrift in a sea of unhappiness because customer service is unreachable and ineffective. FOMANN may have set sail with noble goals in mind, but carelessness and ineptitude on their part have left them floundering. If you're looking for stylish menswear, I wouldn't suggest boarding this ship.
