Disappointed with the accessories

All three pins bent and then snapped into a flexible plastic press. Make sure you have the best tools, or consult a jeweler. Unfortunately, I can not. So now I have nothing but pieces. The pins are cotter pins. Would send it back if I could. Too bad the strap looks good, thinner than mine.

4. Size: Comfortable, fits 5.5-8.45 inch (140-215mm) wrists. Comes with a removal tool to adjust the strap length.
