I couldn't find any long adhesive hook and loop tape at the store, so I'm really glad I ran into this. I have a magnetic cookie sheet in my classroom that I "hang" on the wall (using hook and loop tape like this), but I once pulled it off the wall and couldn't get the tape to stick again. It's a pretty heavy tray because it has 30 round magnets on it, one for each of my students (attendance made easy). This stuff is strong enough to keep this heavy tray up on the wall with two strips, one on top and one on bottom. I'll try to remember to take a picture.It also didn't leave a sticky residue on the wall, which was greatly appreciated! The last thing I need when I move classrooms is to have to clean gunk off the walls. I've also been able to use it on the underside of a decorative carpet with a slightly rubbery base to stick better to the carpet underneath to keep it from shifting at the entryway. It doesn't adhere as well to the underside of the carpet as it does to the wall, but I wouldn't expect it to.I'm super pleased by this product. I have so much extra I don't even know what I'm going to do with it yet, but I'm so glad to have it around.
