Review on EASELAND by Jon Higdem

Revainrating 3 out of 5

EASELAND Is Not the Easiest Shopping Experience I recently attempted to shop with EASELAND in the hopes of finding the ideal bedding and kitchen products to enhance the appearance of my home. Unfortunately, my interactions with them were anything but smooth.

Even though they have an impressive assortment of products, it was a struggle to find my way around their website. It was difficult to locate what I was looking for because it was disorganized and confusing due to the clutter. And when I did eventually find what I was looking for, the process of checking out was a complete and utter nightmare. My purchase took an interminable amount of time to process, and I was never sure whether or not my payment was successfully submitted. When I attempted to get assistance with my order from their customer service, they were unhelpful and rude to me. This made the situation even worse. It gave the impression that they couldn't care less about the satisfaction of their consumers, which is unfortunate given that their products appear to have potential. To summarize, EASELAND is not a retailer that I would encourage patronizing. My time spent shopping was less enjoyable and more frustrating as a result of the difficulty of navigating their website and the absence of any assistance from customer service. EASELAND is not the place to go if you want a purchasing experience that is uncomplicated and easy on the eyes.
