Review on B4checkin Hotel Reservation by Todd Vesci

It's easy to use for any size of hotel chain; great support when you have questions or suggestions! They're very open minded about new ideas that could be implemented but haven't been thought out before hand so it can take some time / understanding from their end (or even you!) if they want/use those features at all once created. I think this is more an issue in non US countries as opposed to where hotels are located here locally since we've not had issues yet using them across 4 international locations - one which has been used daily by thousands globally over 10 years now & still going strong after many updates throughout the last 8+ years. I like the fact that it is very easy to use and makes it really easy to manage my hotel and the guests. I dislike that the software is very old and needs to be updated. I would like to see more features on the software. I have been able to use this software to make sure that I am following up on all my guests and that I am making sure that they are happy with their stay. I have also been able to manage my hotel and see how many people are staying at my hotel.
