Review on πŸ”₯ PaceSetter 70-1190 Black Exhaust Header: Enhance Performance with Sleek Design by Russell Rabbach

Great collection of titles!

Installed on a 1997 Jeep XJ Cherokee 4x4 with 4.0L engine and AW4 automatic transmission. They easily fit my head and fit perfectly. There were two "errors" during the installation. The first problem I had was installing the bolt behind the #4 main pipe (IIRC). I shortened it by 1/4" and had to use a combination wrench to tighten it. The second problem was figuring out where to route the extended O2 sensor wires. Using a 3/8" wire, I routed the fuel and brake lines from the engine bay and secured them with heat resistant wire ties through the line. The collectors themselves don't have high quality welds. They look like $200 exhaust manifolds, but with a little work and sandblasting they look nice.the possibility of to fully set these headers in place. I did not have to modify, bend, grind or cut the pipes or flanges in any way. One thing to be aware of is where and how you attach the Y-pipe to the headers. When using the clamps misalign you will HIT them with the front driveshaft You have been warned you can crack your new $200 productivity title set very quickly I recommend in there too en that you remove the black shipping paint from the headers prior to installation. I used chemical paint thinner and the shipping paint came off immediately. I sandblasted the manifolds and painted them with VHT "Flame Proof". They fit very well and sound fantastic in the cockpit!
