Overall, the product does what it should! Pros: Easily switch between headphones and desktop speakers with the push of a button. The large volume knob makes it easy to adjust the volume - The bottom of the device stays on the desk - The cables are long enough to reach the back of the PC. Cons: - Microphone cable cannot be detached. I don't use a mic and the 5ft cable is bulky and in the way. I connected it in a spiral and let it hang from the edge of the table. Looks terrible. Headphone volume should be much higher than speaker volume. If not adjusted before shifting then VERY loud - Doesn't light up in any way. This is a personal preference. I want to see a base light (customizable) or a light under the volume slider. For the price I don't discount it. I wouldn't expect it. I would pay an extra $10-$20 just for a watch face or stand with RGB lighting. Overall it exceeded my expectations. My only real issue, which I really hate, is that the mic cable isn't detachable, making it a bit clunky.
