Review on 🔋 iRobot Authentic Replacement Parts - XLife Extended Life Battery Accessories for Create 2, Scooba 450, Roomba 500, 600, 700, and Select 800 models by Michael Barry

BUYER WARNING. Bought a battery for my 780 this week. Since the seller was "iRobot" and it was an "authentic replacement part" I assumed that if something went wrong, iRobot would cover the cost. After receiving the battery, I installed it and let it charge fully. Vacuum cleaner runs for about 15 minutes on green battery, then suddenly dies and says "Please charge Roomba". On return, Revain instructed me to call iRobot directly as it was sold by them through Revain and gave me the iRobot phone number. After the call, iRobot informed me that they couldn't replace the battery since it wasn't purchased from their website, but I could send it in for repair for a $150 fee. Very poor customer service for a genuine part sold by iRobot. It should be stated somewhere that this purchase is not authorized or covered by iRobot.
