The customer support is great, they respond to emails within minutes! I love that you can create filters in search results so it only shows products meeting certain criteria or not showing at all if there are none available for an item/color etc.. This feature makes sense but also limits options when searching as sometimes we want more choices than just what's displayed right away - this would be nice being able to see everything without having too many filter tabs open (and scrolling). It does take some time getting used because of how customizable things get once you start using them frequently; however after awhile these features do become second nature which really helps with efficiency since you're already familiarized with where stuff lives & finding items much faster now instead doing multiple searches one-by-one until find something close enough. Also like mentioned above about filtering out specific colors from view.
