Love Filly even though still learning new ways

The customer support is great, they respond to emails within minutes! I love that you can create filters in search results so it only shows products meeting certain criteria or not showing at all if there are none available for an item/color etc.. This feature makes sense but also limits options when searching as sometimes we want more choices than just what's displayed right away - this would be nice being able to see everything without having too many filter tabs open (and scrolling). Great platform and great response times

I like that it is easy to use for both our team members as well as customers, so they can get answers quickly! Sometimes when you're in an ongoing conversation with someone using email or chat (which are two of my favorite ways), sometimes people go off-topic which makes me have to rewind back to where we were before jumping into another topic. The support staff really helps guide us towards what would be best suited for them too if needed/wanted. We've been able to create more efficient…
