I like that it is easy to use for both our team members as well as customers, so they can get answers quickly! Sometimes when you're in an ongoing conversation with someone using email or chat (which are two of my favorite ways), sometimes people go off-topic which makes me have to rewind back to where we were before jumping into another topic.
The support staff really helps guide us towards what would be best suited for them too if needed/wanted. We've been able to create more efficient workflows between all parties involved since implementing this system - from customer service reps answering questions via emails & chats up until sales representatives submitting quotes over their preferred mediums (email vs phone).
