Rating: As described: Experience: A true non-stick cookware set to use as you please. Multiple heat sources from gas to induction. The most impressive part is the non-stick surface that allows the pans to be used on high heat, unlike every other set I've had that eventually self-destructs when placed on medium to long heat. They "do not stick even when fired, are scratch-resistant, impact-resistant, peel-resistant and resistant to high temperatures". Heavy enough to stay warm and cook evenly. The handles are really well designed and reinforced to the pots with a plate and rivets and gap to minimize heat transfer to the handles. Really impressed. You get what you pay for and they last 10 years or they claim 20 years. Excellent cooking set.
