Quality cookware
This pot is a bit heavy but good quality. The bottom of the pot is made of stainless steel. It conducts heat very quickly and heats up evenly. This pan has a non-stick coating. When I cook I just have to put some oil in it. You can easily eat healthy and cleanse yourself. The wooden handle is very comfortable, so you don't have to worry about burning yourself while cooking. I think it's great value for money and would recommend it to a friendใ
