After filling the machine, a filter was installed in the water tank; The machine tried unsuccessfully to pump water. Called Yura, waited a long time, switched to voicemail, called again; told me to remove the filter and try again. The car started leaking; switch off. Complicated returns process, Revain required 3 business days to "authorize" even a replacement for a non-working item. Don't expect to repack everything and take it to the UPS store. Very very disappointed. It looks like Jura has switched to slick digitized interfaces and 36 different coffee drinks in storage, but I'm not sure the quality of gear is the same as in the past. Update: Revain shipped a replacement very quickly, 5+ for their service. The replacement machine has worked flawlessly so far.
