they do the job just as well as the more expensive ones
I have a 180 gallon aquarium with (2) FX5 canister filters, I've been buying flow pads from the pet store for years and have found them and haven't turned around ! They do their job just as well as the more expensive ones and are very happy with the CLEAR tank results. I replace them with a weekly wash every 2 weeks, maybe longer but I don't do it for the price! I hope this information is helpful, I'm just sorry I didn't find it sooner because of the price difference!
