And now we can make cold nitro coffee at home!

We have a cold brew coffee loving family and we bought an HB Brewing Nitro Cold Brew coffee maker for morning coffee making. After using the product for a couple of weeks we realized that we really liked it and I want to share my impressions. First, the product is made of quality materials and has a very thoughtful design. As an engineer, I liked how the parts are sealed with rubber o-rings and the threads on the parts are well finished and mate perfectly. I had no problems installing it, it only took about 20 minutes. I also liked that the box also included a few replacement parts like suction rubber hoses and o-rings. And finally, I like the volume of the tank, we have enough for coffee for 3-4 days. As for using the teapot, I also have a few tips. The easiest way to get an iced coffee concentrate is to go to Starbucks and ask for an iced coffee with no water or ice. This will only give you a concentrate that you can later use in the brewery by adding as much water as you like. We tried semi-concentrate, semi-water, we really liked the result. If you want to create the characteristic nitro coffee foam in your coffee, you have to wait a few hours after inserting the nitrogen cartridge to allow the gas to diffuse into the coffee. We usually load the aquarium in the evening and wait until night to morning for the nitrogen to take full effect. Finally, after closing the valve, wait a few more seconds for the coffee left in the valve body to drain into your cup. So the coffee maker is a new appliance in our kitchen, we love it and plan to keep using it.
