This product is mislabeled. Further evaluation and a little research on the part number helped me before buying. This is a rubber seal between the filler neck and the gas tank. I installed this on a 1988 Mustang GT. I was replacing a fuel pump and decided to purchase this item before I threw the gas tank out of the car. Of course, the original seal was torn and had to be replaced. Good quality. Ease of installation. Fits perfectly.
