I also love the fact that it's a cloud based platform. The customer support is also very good. I'd say the best part of AskLogix is the reporting. It's very easy to create custom reports. The reporting section is very easy to use. I would also say that the customer support is very good. I would recommend AskLogix to anyone who is looking for a CRM that has a lot of different modules to suit their business needs.
