Review on 🧁 Chicago Metallic Commercial II Non-Stick 12-Cup Muffin Pan: Durable and Efficient Baking Essential by Scott Kalinowski

When I received this pan for the first time, I noticed that its surface is very smooth and I expected high non-stick properties. To my great delight, the muffins did not stick to the pan at all during the first 5 baking processes, even though I had not oiled the pan beforehand. I was very satisfied and have taken very good care of it by hand washing it with a sponge / mild detergent. However, after 5 bakes, the cupcakes started to stick to the pan. I treated it with vegetable oil before baking but to no avail. The cupcakes are now so sticky that it is very difficult to remove them even with a metal spoon. I didn't scalloped; I baked the cupcakes at 425 F for 15 minutes. I use paper baking molds now, but it's still very difficult for me to clean the mold, even after soaking in water for a long time. The surface of the pot is still slippery and cannot be handled safely. Not the best choice with the higher price you pay. I rarely write reviews, but this time I have to.
