The best thing about fiducia is that they are always there for you when you need them most. I have been working at a small firm and needed to hire another employee quickly but fiducia was able to get my HR department to approve it right away! They were very helpful and flexible in accommodating my request for a different time. It's very easy to use their system and also to customize everything you need. Sometimes I wish I could change things around or add more features, but this isn't a big deal because they're constantly updating the software to make it better. This has helped our office run much smoother, allowing me to focus on other things.
