Seems to be a great product until I tried it
First I wanted a non-stick rolling pin with adjustable dough thickness. He did both BUT he left ridges in the dough when rolling out a large piece for 11-inch pie crust or strudel. Might be good if you're making small biscuits, but not the best choice for large buns. The box was crushed when it arrived, not the best choice for a gift.
