Look closely at the picture. Plastic buffer is new. The other is my old buffer. I paid SIX DOLLARS for the mini buffer. I was expecting a full size buffer at this price point (which is still HIGH even for a full size buffer. I could get a full size buffer from Sally for $3.99). And my package was late. Let me say it again. BUYER BEWARE. The ad didn't tell me it was a Mini.
