Works great. good for sports

This connecting rod was tightened twice. I lubricated the internal threads and contact and also lubricated the threads of the tool so the pull was smooth. No problems if used properly and carefully. Apply some penetrating lubricant to the spindle where the square taper meets the crank to ease loosening. This tool isn't hardened steel, I don't believe it, but if you're careful and use common sense, it will work multiple times.
