DOA. This router worked amazingly for about 12 hours. It was easy to set up. Then after this complete nightmare. First it stopped broadcasting the SSID. After calling Linksys, the solution was to press and hold the reset button for 1 minute and then release it. This reset is by default, but it worked again, yes. An hour later the internet went off again. Repeat the steps and it worked. A few hours later the same problem. So I disconnected and reconnected my old router until I had more time to troubleshoot. After a few days of reconnecting, the ea9300 worked without any problems, entering all the settings worked for about 16 hours. This time it will only turn off the internet and disable any devices that say an incorrect password. Switching on and off works, then repeats itself. I finally went for it and requested a refund. Hope you get a good one. I made the mistake of accidentally not verifying the seller first and gotten a new seller with no history, so I really feel like this was my real problem and fault. I will buy another one, I hope there are no problems
