Review on Fox Racing Enduro Elbow Black by Genene Locson

The Fox Enduro D30 Elbow Pad has survived exactly one mountain bike ride and fall for me. I gave this elbow pad two stars because it was quite comfortable to wear (medium size). But maybe the design was too comfortable, because when I fell on my elbow and slid forward on the floor, the sleeve immediately flipped from shielded side to thin vented sleeve as soon as I hit the floor, giving me a nasty road rash . break the armrests. Imagine spending all that money just to be unprotected. I don't think I got the wrong size as it didn't slip when I rode over 2 hours. This is a design issue that did not take into account the possible rotation from sliding during impact. Trust your elbows to other products.
