This is a budget headlamp that's well worth the price. It looks and feels cheap, and mine came with a cracked lens cap. However, it handles hands-free lighting quite well. It has a 4-position switch: white high beam, white low beam, red light and red flashing light. It also has a tilting head, which is an important feature in a headlamp. If you're looking for a cheap headlamp for occasional use, this should do the trick. However, I would personally spend a little more and get a better one, preferably one with a battery. A major disadvantage of this headlamp is that it requires 3 AAA batteries (not included).
