i love leds for system nozzles

LEDs have revolutionized battery-powered lighting. My favorite headlamp has been the Fenix for many years. It hung from my head like a lead weight, with a bright lightbulb and 4 AA batteries. Almost a toy in weight, this little light puts out the same amount of light as the previous one, but with less heat and longer runtime. Of course, Fenix has moved forward. With LEDs and USB rechargeable are no fools and their new units are very bright, but this little one is compact, handy and efficient…

Ok, but there are much better ones.

This is a budget headlamp that's well worth the price. It looks and feels cheap, and mine came with a cracked lens cap. However, it handles hands-free lighting quite well. It has a 4-position switch: white high beam, white low beam, red light and red flashing light. It also has a tilting head, which is an important feature in a headlamp. If you're looking for a cheap headlamp for occasional use, this should do the trick. However, I would personally spend a little more and get a better one…

Ultra-light and battery-free

I wanted a headlamp for infrequent use, for example when I have to check something in the basement and there is no flashlight around. For that it works fine. It seems cheap - and I don't care - as long as I have the light. This gives enough light to check the fuse box or look for something outside if I don't have an overhead light. Settings are nice - there are quite a few ranging from high beam to flashing. At $6.52, which is the price at the time of writing this review, I think it's worth the

Very cool little light, super affordable yet effective

I ordered this for my husband who is preparing to go to Afghanistan. I remember that nighttime lighting is very limited and this headlamp will come in very handy when you go to the bathroom in the middle of the night. I put it in my bag without saying anything, just a nice little note. Lol just realized I'm making romance out of headlights lets move on. The headband is adjustable to fit different head sizes and is easy to put on and take off. It offers a good amount of light, it's not super…

Not every miner or heavy fancy versions needs the best deal available.

You have amateur enthusiasts, you have workers working in dark places or underground, and others who need brighter, hands-free lighting. For the rest of us, its primary use might be finding things during a power outage by reading them in low light, as shown in the product image. Maybe seen on the back of appliances, furniture, or even under the bed. It's handy for all of those things, and this light costs between a third and a tenth the cost of most LED headlights. However, it has some of the…

Best headlamp for the price

Bought this headlamp for camping and boating use over the summer and it has proven really effective. I live in a fairly rural area so we have some good campsites but that also means we may have power outages during these winter months. In the winter, I keep a headlamp in my bedside table in case the power goes out and I need to turn on the generator. As well as full brightness, the headlamp also has a dimming mode and red light mode, both of which are useful when searching for something at…

Inexpensive but effective

I've had a lot of headlamps these are the cheapest I've ever owned but they work great and for the price you can't go wrong. We live off the grid, so we try to keep an eye on our headlights when planning to get home after dark. We have to walk the tree lined path from the driveway to our cabin and it's very dark at night. From time to time we forget to take our headlamps with us and that usually happens when we forget to put the flashlight back in the car after use. So it's great to have a few…

Normal for a cheap headlight.

This is a very cheap headlight so don't expect it to compete with top brand headlights. If you're wondering what's the difference between a cheap headlamp and an expensive one, I'm comparing it to my Streamlight Enduro Pro, which is a similar product but costs about 4 times as much. I totally understand that comparing a $6 headlamp to a $24 flashlight is unfair, but by explaining the differences I think it's a good way to illustrate what makes this lamp cheap and what makes it cheap You get…
