I ordered this for my husband who is preparing to go to Afghanistan. I remember that nighttime lighting is very limited and this headlamp will come in very handy when you go to the bathroom in the middle of the night. I put it in my bag without saying anything, just a nice little note. Lol just realized I'm making romance out of headlights lets move on. The headband is adjustable to fit different head sizes and is easy to put on and take off. It offers a good amount of light, it's not super bright, but it's a great little light for the price. 4 position switch and you can choose between high, low, red and flashing red. Requires 3 AAA batteries to operate, not included. Super comfortable head position, when you need your hands to reach something, no need to put the flashlight away. Clever little invention.
