Review on Bridgestone Potenza S001 225/40 R19 89Y summer by Adam Sterlinski ᠌

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Not exactly what I wanted, but basically everything is fine.

Review for owners of rear-wheel drive sports cars> 300, bored and summer residents refuted the review with admiration. I don't like it, I gave >14 for a 19-radius balloon. I put it in front, because Pirelli fit under the dimension, conti sport contact 5 (not P) and S001. I was led to believe that it was new, and then there weren’t even tests. Wanted XK5R or PSS, but the size doesn't. Chasing it is unpredictable, it slips even at +30 and warmed up (?), like some kind of prima. RE050A was more confident (even from the drawing). At low speeds and heavy braking, you feel like you are on rare spikes in a wild hololele. Although the tires were either not heated, or during a monotonous ride of 60 km / h. Not an excuse, in my opinion. If you don’t drive at all, then you can set it up, because on a wet road with shattered rear wheels it holds well, cuts water and the rear ones pass. I guess I'm not being very honest, because they have Adrenalin S001, but they don't have sizes and they position the regular one as a sport. In general, it is up to the buyer to decide, but the protector is not visible in the photo, but it is water. There are no adhesion spots. Bored people here will also find something to say, but the stain is less than half the rubber. YES, THE MOST IMPORTANT - the balloon is already a centimeter in size on the sides. Wide tires will immediately become narrower + again, the spot is smaller. It is better to take the same Pirelli, it will probably be better on dry asphalt. KSK5 is in question, I drove it on a turbocharged small car, well, it’s cool of course, but I’m not sure that it’s suitable for sports. In general, read the tests, you will see for yourself. Personally, I do not recommend. Price . let them put the price somewhere, for which they paid more than the rest then - it's not clear. And one more thing - I didn’t warm it up, like they warm up Ventus before the track, maybe it will help :)

Pros
  • Good on wet / wet roads + reinforced board. Tire workers were looking for ZP, they didn’t find it and they were very upset, because they dress like a runflat)
Cons
  • On dry asphalt, even at low speed, it does not hold anything
