These bags are inexpensive and seemed like a good buy. The outer plastic bag identifies this product as 'Made for EnviroCare Technologies'. Curiously, Revain's description doesn't mention the clear plastic "Dust Window(TM)" that runs the length of the bag, and this window is not visible in any of the product photos. But some customers mentioned it in their reviews and rated it as a useful feature. I think this is actually a bad trait that will keep me from buying these bags in the future. The goal of any vacuum cleaner bag is to trap dust, hair, etc. behind a sufficient filter barrier while restricting the suction power as little as possible. The attached photo shows how much this feature costs in terms of reducing the total filtering area of the bag.
