The ease of use, as well how fast they respond to issues that arise from their service in general! They are very helpful when it comes time for support calls or questions about our VDI solution; I have never had any issue getting through immediately during business hours weekdays-weekends day/night if needed too!! There's not much i dislike at this point but maybe there should be more options available regarding customization features within your account. We were looking into cloud services after running out space internally due primarily because we wanted some flexibility around resources given current staffing levels & budget constraints - however also just being able utilize those things outside instead inside was important so no problems here really yet either way though once you've used them long enough everything becomes easy anyways :).
