This thing is clogging the neighbor's door with the constantly barking Chihuahua. Worst yapping idiots in the universe. When dogs bark, blow until they stop. Then stop. When they start again, start whistling again. after a few days the dogs wouldn't even go to the other side of the yard. They just stay in the house and do their annoying barking. I hear their stupid owner yelling "Shut up!" at them all the time and it's SO USEFUL!
