My daughter is teaching her border collie to whistle so she doesn't flee the territory. We haven't quite mastered it yet, but the whistle certainly works.

I call my horses with this dog whistle. I can sit in my house and use the whistle and they will come running from my side to feed them. I no longer yell at the top of my lungs to get her into the front parking lot. LOVE IT!

Our 12 year old Golden Retriever is completely deaf. I bought this whistle in the hope that he would hear it and that we could communicate with him verbally and not just with signs and nudges. I'm happy to report that Wrigley hears one of the settings (the whistle has 4 settings). Now we have to teach him new whistling tricks. I am very happy with my purchase.

Haven't had the chance to work with this product on our dog but it appears to be a quality product. just as stated in the description. I'm sure it will take some time to get it working on our dog. she cried, and that's the main thing I'm working on. So it will take time for both of us to learn how to deal with this problem. This thing is clogging the neighbor's door with the constantly barking Chihuahua. Worst yapping idiots in the universe. When dogs bark, blow until they stop. Then stop. When they start again, start whistling again. after a few days the dogs wouldn't even go to the other side of the yard. They just stay in the house and do their annoying barking. I hear their stupid owner yelling "Shut up!" at them all the time and it's SO USEFUL!

I can finally silence all the barking dogs around me. The pitch of this whistle is beyond human perception, but the dog will surely hear it. They stop their annoying barking after I blow the whistle for a few seconds and don't bark for a while. If they start again, I'll goog again. They stop and bark even less often. After a few days around peacefully again. I'm so happy. Highly recommended.
