Our van headlights were left on for 5 hours and lost the power to start. In stead of making a traditional service call, we decided to buy this low cost 5-star rated product to give it a try and to see if we can solve our problem differently for a long run if we ever run into the same situation again.We received the unit with 3/4 charged. Charged to 4/4 using a 5V/1.2A charger in 6 hrs. We deviate a bit from the manual when jump starting: (1) color-match and connect red/black clamps to red/black terminals on car battery first; (2) Insert the other end of clamp cable into power unit; (3) turn on power unit (display showed 11.9V); (4) Start the van (successfully); (5) The unit was off automatically after the van was started. Reverse the steps to disconnect; (6) Waited 2 minutes and turned on the unit again to check remaining power - still showing 4/4 blue lights on!We also had some clarifying questions on the manual and the customer specialist escalated to their production team.
