Bought this over a year ago. This megawise worked very well, and helped many times to start my Jag XK. I had not used it for around 6 months, and when i took it out to use, realized that it did not work. I called their customer service, and they explained i needed to turn it on at least very month or so, however they would be delighted to replace it. 2 days later a new one came in the mail.
